inspire, encourage or motivate a fellow runner, family member, friend,
group, or yourself. To submit a free brick with your own
personalized message,

so will the inspiration to those who visit it to read the messages.
To view a message on a
brick: Simply hold your mouse over
any individual brick to see that brick's message. If the message
disappears before you have a chance to finish reading it, simply left
click the brick once and it will reappear. If you are not seeing the
