►The entire registration process takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, and must be submitted and approved to provide a sponsored membership in the PR10K program. Once approved, the youth recipient(s) of the sponsored membership(s) will receive a FS Runner ID and Password valid for 1 (one) year.

►At the bottom of this form, you will click "Submit Form and Proceed to Online Payment" and be taken to the "Faithful Soles Member Sponsorship Payment Form" where you may choose from one to as many memberships as you would like to sponsor at a suggested amount of $15.00 each (or any other amount as described in the "PR10K Youth Member Sponsorship Overview. When your online payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation screen.
