Faithful Soles Registration Form for a FS Group Fund Raising Code

Faithful Soles (FS) is dedicated to giving back to fund raising programs both within and outside of the running community. If you register your charity, school, running club, upcoming race event, or other type of group or organization with FS (such as a business, youth group, church, etc.), you can receive a FS Group Fund Raising Code whereby 10% of the membership fees from anyone in your group who becomes a member and registers through our fund raising membership page will be donated back to that group to support programs of their choosing.

Please read this section before proceeding:

►Registering your group for fund raising purposes on Faithful Soles (FS) is free and this form only takes about 2-3 minutes to complete.

►Before you complete this form, if your group is in one of the following categories, please select the appropriate "click here" button to go to a different page to register for your group fund raising code:

  • If the purpose of these funds is to raise money for a running club, please click here.

  • If the purpose of these funds is to raise money for an upcoming race, please click here.

  • If the purpose of these funds is to raise money for a school (public, private or home school group), please click here to register your school in the PR10K program.

►If the purpose of these funds is for any other type of group such as charity, church, business, etc., then please proceed below.

►Once you have completed and submitted this form and it is approved by FS, you will receive via email a FS Group Fund Raising Code along with a private link to a page on FS for members of your group to sign up as members on FS (for a more detailed overview of FS memberships, fees and benefit features, click here). For each member of your group that signs up on FS, FS will donate 10% of their membership fees back to your group to help support programs designated by you. If the fund raising is tied to a specific date of an event, then FS will distribute the funds back to you within one week after the date of the event. If the fund raising is tied to an ongoing group with no specific ending date, funds will be distributed to the group on a quarterly basis.
