address input when you order). Free shipping is not available to persons outside the USA, and
sales of DVD's to persons outside the USA will not be available until

- Current members will receive a one year extension
on their existing membership. New members will receive a card with their DVD
assigning them a Runner ID and Password to access all of the member features
