Robert Key, Founder of Faithful Soles, is proud to announce the release of his first DVD, "From Start to Finish and Then Some" (If you have not done so, please watch the preview now). Robert, who refers to himself as "The Over-Achieving Jogger", is a veteran of more than 100 races from distances of 5K to the marathon (he has completed 16 marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons). He is a published author on motivational topics related to walking and running programs, has been interviewed for newspaper articles and television segments on running, and over the years has given inspirational speeches related to goal setting, training tips and race preparation to thousands of walkers and runners of all ages and abilities. He has also spoken to schools, businesses, churches and other groups on the topic of goal setting and keeping a positive attitude, not just as it relates to an exercise program, but in daily life as well.

DVD Overview: The DVD is primarily for beginner to intermediate level walkers and runners of all ages, and it is also a great refresher for advanced and elite runners who will find much of the material to be both informative and entertaining. Whether you are simply wanting to start a walking or running program for your health, or if your goal is to walk or run a race of any distance from 1 mile to a full marathon, or if you want to improve on your performance from prior races, the topics in the DVD will be very helpful to you. If you are already a member or coach of a running club or group, you will find the information in the DVD to be a great reinforcement to what you are learning or teaching, as well as providing you additional viewpoints from Robert's years of experience. If you are training on your own, the DVD is an excellent means to look at what you are doing in your own training and racing program, and give you tools and ideas to modify it to best suit your goals and ability.
